He has completed assignments ranging from mid-management to senior and C-Suite positions in the crop input sector, which includes Crop Nutrition, Seed, Crop Protection, Biologicals, Seed Treatment, and other Crop Enhancements.

Before founding Hummer AgriBusiness Search 12 years ago, TJ worked as a Senior Account Manager with a Midwest branch of a U.S.-based search firm. For six years, he was the top producer within the firm’s AG Team, leading his team to achieve the highest revenue in the organization’s history.
