With over twelve years of recruiting experience solely in the agricultural industry, TJ or “Tuffy” as he is known by his close friends, has placed scores of professionals with dozens of companies throughout the United States and Latin America. He has completed assignments ranging from mid-management to senior level with Seed Companies, Crop Protection manufacturers, Seed Treatment and Crop Enhancement distributors.
Previous to founding HUMMER AgriBusiness Search, TJ was a Senior Account Manager with a Midwest branch of a U.S. based Search firm. Over a six year stretch, TJ was the top producer within the firm’s AG Team and the organization. He led his team to achieve the highest revenue in the history of the company, a record which still stands today.
